Homemade Noodles for Soup
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup flour
Directions
Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Add as much flour as can be
worked into the eggs to make a soft non-sticky dough. Knead well,
about 10 minutes. Cover with a towel and let it rest for about 30
minutes. On a lightly floured board, roll out thin. Cut into
desired stripes and/or shapes.
