Stir-Fried Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive or sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 slice ginger
- 1 bunch of fresh broccoli florets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons chicken stock or water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
NOTE: This oriental style preperation works well with most vegetables in particular green beans, snow peas, asparagus and red peppers.
Heat oil in the cooker and saute garlic and ginger. Add broccoli and stir fry until it turns bright green. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and transfer everything to the cooker basket. Pour the stock and soy sauce into the cooker. Lower the basket into the cooker. Close lid and bring up to pressure and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce pressure by the cold water procedure. Serve with or without some of the soy cooking liquid.
