Baked Salmon Steaks
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 4 slices lemon
- 8 teaspoons brown sugar
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Pour lemon juice into an ungreased baking dish and sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Arrange salmon steaks in dish and drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered 15 minutes. Turn . Place 1 slice of lemon on top and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with pan juices.
