Barbecue Shrimp
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- salt
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ground black pepper
- French bread to serve on the side
Directions
Sprinkle shrimp with 1/8 teaspoon salt. Heat butter over medium heat until just melted. Add shrimp, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon pepper, and 1 tablespoon water. Simmer, shaking pan constantly to keep the sauce from separating until shrimp are cooked, about 4 minutes. Serve immediately with of plenty of French bread
