Baked Perch
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 pound thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 pounds of perch fillets
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Cover bottom of baking dish with sliced onion. Add layer of
mushrooms. Place fish fillets on top. Cover with bread crumbs,
sprinkle with parsley. Pour broth over all. Bake at 350 degrees
F. for 15-20 minutes or until fish just flakes with fork.
