Baked Salmon
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, 4 ozs. each
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 5 sprigs of fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- fresh ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay salmon flat in an oven dish and pour cream over salmon. Surround fillets with branches of tarragon, or sprinkle dried tarragon over salmon; season to taste with pepper. Bake in preheated oven 10-12 minutes; baste twice while salmon is cooking.
