Chicken Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 whole cooked fryer, boned, skinned, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 package frozen broccoli, 16 oz.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 8 oz. package pasta shells, cooked
- 2 tomatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup italian salad dressing
Directions
In saucepan, steam broccoli over boiling water for about 5
minutes. Remove broccoli from pan, drain and sprinkle with salt.
While still warm place chicken, broccoli, shell macaroni,
tomatoes and onion in a large bowl; sprinkle with pepper. Add
Italian dressing and mix gently but thoroughly. Chill in
refrigerator. Serve cold.
