Herbed Pea Salad
Ingredients
- Two 10 oz. pkgs frozen tiny peas, thawed
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Directions
Thaw peas and pat dry with paper towels. (Peas can be thawed in the microwave oven on Defrost setting for 3 to 4 minutes.) In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and herbs. Just before serving, mix together dressing and peas.
