Cherries Jubilee Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups canned cherries
2 tablespoons sweet wine, such as port
1/4 cup brandy

Directions

Heat cherries with wine in the top of a chafing dish; add brandy, ignite and stir until the flames die. Serve over ice cream or slices of pound cake.
