Chocolate Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 8 ozs. semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Directions
In a small saucepan, heat cream over medium heat. Stir in chocolate, butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Cool slightly before serving. Makes about 2 cups.Every cook should have a recipe for a fabulous chocolate sauce. This is it. Spoon into tiny tart shells and top with a rosette of whipped cream and a sprinkling of toasted pistachio nuts.
