Cream Sauce 2
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash white pepper
- 1 3/4 cups light cream
Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add cream all at once. Cook and stir over medium high heat till mixture thickens and bubbles. Makes 2 cups.
