Batter For Fried Veggies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions
Stir first 5 ingredients. Add water and egg. Stir until smooth. Makes
enough for 4 cups raw vegetables. Just dip into batter and fry.
