Lemon Lime Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons confectioner's sugar, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon rind, finely grated
- 1/4 teaspoon lime rind, finely grated
- 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Directions
Stir ingredients together, adjusting quantities to taste. Chill. Makes about 2/3 cup. Timesaver Tip: Recipe can be prepared up to 3 days ahead and stored, covered, in refrigerator. A light, refreshing sauce to serve with fresh fruit.
