Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash black pepper
- dash cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except cornstarch and water, in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Blend in and cook until sauce clears and thickens. Serve with ham or corned beef.
