Mustard Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
In a small bowl mix dry mustard with oil, using back of a spoon to smooth any lumps. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine mixture with remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously.
