Mustard Dill Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup light olive oil or vegetable oil
Directions
In a bowl whisk together mustard, vinegar, sugar, and dill. Slowly
whisk in oil until mixture is blended and thickens slightly. Adjust flavors to taste.Makes about 2/3 cup. Serve this tangy sauce atop smoked salmon as an appetizer course. It also makes a good dip for fresh vegetables and cooked shrimp.
