Pepper Salad Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small fresh hot chili, optional
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed dried herbs, such as thyme, rosemary, and sage
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Directions
Puree all ingredients in a blender until creamy.
