Roquefort Cheese Sauce For Meat
Ingredients
- 1 celery stalk, tender inner stalk
- 1/4 pound Roquefort cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 small shallot, minced
- paprika
Directions
Break celery to remove strings and chop into small pieces. Put celery, cheese, and cream into a blender and purée. Add garlic, vinegar, and shallot and blend. Pour into a bowl and season with paprika to taste.
