Carrots with Onions
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 carrots sliced 3/4' diagonally
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
Scrub and peel the carrots and slice into 3/4" slants. Place in steamer, cover and turn heat on high. Steam for 7 minutes. While carrots are cooking, sauté chopped onion in butter until brown and translucent. Toss carrots in skillet with onions and soy sauce. Serve immediately.
