Cauliflower Supreme
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
- 2/3 cup celery
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 2 tablespooms parmesan cheese
- paprika
Directions
Cook cauliflower about 6 minutes in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain. Combine with celery and place in a buttered casserole dish. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, thyme, cheese, and wine. Stir to blend well. Spoon over cauliflower and sprinkle top with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
