Glazed Carrots with Apples
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 6 whole carrots, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tart apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cover and simmer over
medium low heat until carrots are tender. About 20 minutes.
