Carol's Green Bean Medley
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 can whole green beans, drained
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, 4oz., drained
- 1 cup thawed frozen pearl onions
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a medium skillet over medium high heat, saute bacon pieces for about 5 minutes until cooked, but not well done. Add mushrooms, onions and green beans and saute for another 10 minutes until tender. Serve and sprinkle with lemon juice.
