Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
- 8 whole lobster tails, 8 ounces ea
Directions
In a large, non-stick skillet, combine all ingredients except lobster tails. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes. Add lobster tails. Simmer covered for 5 minutes, or until lobster tails are bright pink. Divide evenly. Makes 4 dinner servings.
