Ingredients
- 2 cups tomatoe sauce
- 2 cups cooked enriched rice
- 12 oz drained canned peas
- 1 cup drained canned diced carrots
- 1 pound canned tuna fish, drained
- 1 cup canned asparagus, drained
- 4 strips pimentos
Directions
In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, rice, peas, carrots, and tuna fish. Cook over low heat, stirring frquently, for 5 miinutes. Spoon into shallow bowl; arrange asparagus and pimento strips in circle on tuna mixture. Divide evenly. Makes 4 servings.
