Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place milk, bread, extract, and half the sweetner in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently with wooden spoon. Add egg yolks and stir until thick. Remove from heat; set aside. With rotary beater, beat egg whites and remainder of sweetner until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture. Pour into 3 small soufflé dishes or casserole. Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 25 minutes. Serve hot. Weight Watchers Members; Supplement as required. Servings: 3
