Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts skinned, 10 ounces ea
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups chicken bouillon
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 3 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
- 2 springs parsley
- 1 whole bay leave
- 1 teaspoon sherry extract
- 2 canned medium tomatoes, chopped
Directions
Split chicken breasts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.Brown chicken in non-stick pan over high heat, turning frequently. Transfer to baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Meanwhile, combine bouillon, mushrooms, celery, onion flakes, parsley, and bay leave in saucepan. Simmer 30 minutes. Add sherry extract and tomatoes. Pour over chicken. Divide evenly. Makes 4 dinner servings.
