Peachy Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken thighs
- 10 ounces peach slices in syrup -- save syrup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 6 each maraschino cherry -- optional
Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan.
Combine peach syrup, lemon juice, and soy; mix well. Pour this over chicken. Dot each piece of chicken with margarine. Bake, uncovered
at 375 degrees for about 1 and 15 minutes. During the last 15 minutes of cooking, uncover and add peaches and cherries. Serve peaches and
cherries around chicken. Serve with rice-a-roni chicken style or noodles.
