Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings -- about 15
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons margarine or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons Chinese five-spice
- 2 cloves garlic -- crushed
Cut each chicken wing at the joints to make three pieces. Save
tips for making chicken stock. Place remaining chicken wings in
shallow glass or plastic dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour
over wings. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning
occasionally. Arrange wings on a rack in foil lined broiler pan;
reserve marinade. Cook in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn
wings and cook, brushing occasionally 20 minutes more. Remove
from oven, pour rest of marinade over wings.
