Kellogg's Chicken

Ingredients
- 7 cups corn flakes -- crushed to 1 3/4 cup
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 pounds frying chicken
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
Preheat oven ti 350 degrees. Wash and pat dry chicken pieces.
In a bowl beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth. Dip chicken into batter, then coat with corn
flake crumbs. Place in a single layer, skin side up on a coated pan.
Drizzle each chicken piece with melted butter. Bake for about 1 hour.
Not not cover or turn chicken during baking.
