Kellogg's Chicken

Ingredients

Preheat oven ti 350 degrees. Wash and pat dry chicken pieces. In a bowl beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth. Dip chicken into batter, then coat with corn flake crumbs. Place in a single layer, skin side up on a coated pan. Drizzle each chicken piece with melted butter. Bake for about 1 hour. Not not cover or turn chicken during baking.
