Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 whole chicken thighs
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper -- to taste
- 1/2 cup oil -- for frying
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place flour in a shallow bowl
and season with salt and pepper. Put bread crumbs in another bowl.
In another bowl beat eggs. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg,
and then in bread crumbs. Continue until all pieces are covered.
Pour oil in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Add the chicken and sprinkle
with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes, turn chicken and bake another
30 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
