Apple Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

Combine apples, cheese, and bread crumbs. Set aside. Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thick. Divide the apple mixture between chicken breasts, roll up, jelly roll style, and secure with toothpicks. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken breasts evenly on all sides. Add wine and water, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Transfer chicken to a serving dish. Mix 1 tablespoon of water with cornstarch; stir into pan juices and cook until thickened. Pour gravy over chicken.
