Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 2 whole eggs -- slightly beaten
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- vegetable oil
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce -- (16 oz.)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese -- shredded
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Dip chicken into egg than into
bread crumbs to coat thoroughly. In a large skillet, brown
chicken on both sides in hot oil. Drain on paper towels. Pour 1/2
cup of spaghetti sauce in a 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Layer
chicken in dish and top evenly with remaining sauce. Sprinkle
with parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Top with mozzarella
and bake another 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melts.
