Chicken Dijon

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard -- or more if needed
- 2 cups fine dry breadcrumbs -- or more if needed
- 1 frying chicken -- cut up into pieces
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut up chicken. Heavily coat each
piece with mustard. Roll each piece in fine dry breadcrumbs.
Put pieces one layer deep in roasting pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
