Chicken In Chips

Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk -- (4 oz.)
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese -- grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika -- or old bay seasoning
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken thighs -- (2 1/2 to 3)
- 4 cups potato chips -- crushed
Combine the first 4 ingredients and mix well with a fork. Dip
chicken pieces into milk mixture, then into crushed potato chips.
Press chips well into chicken. Place coated chicken on a cookie
sheet and bake at 375 for about 1 hour. DO NOT TURN CHICKEN!!!!!
