Orange Curry Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 pounds Chicken Legs and Thighs
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 large oranges -- peeled and seperated
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Rub chicken pieces with curry powder.
Sprinkle with salt. Combine orange juice, brown sugar, honey and
mustard in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Place chicken in
a 13 x 9 baking pan and pour sauce over chicken. Cover with foil
and bake for 30 minutes. Turn chicken, baste with sauce and bake
uncovered another 15 minutes. Add orange segments and heat another
5 minutes and serve.
