Soup Cheese Seasoning Coating
Bean with Bacon Sharp Cheddar 1 clove garlic, minced chopped parsley
Chili Beef Monterey Jack 1 tsp hot sauce crushed corn chips
Split Pea w/Ham American 1 tsp dry mustard chopped walnuts

In a medium bowl with mixer at low speed or a food processor, beat SOUP, salsa, CHEESE and SEASONING until as smooth as possible. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight. On wax paper, place COATING. Shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in COATING until well covered. Serve with crackers.
