Fruity Baked Chicken

Soup Juice Seasoning Garnish
Spanish Style Vegetable 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger root orange wedges
Chicken Broth 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup water 1 clove garlic, minced avocado slices
Chicken with Rice 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons chopped chives kiwi fruit slices

For marinade, in a small bowl, combine Soup, Juice, and Seasoning and tarragon; mix well. In a shallow baking dish, arrange chicken and pour marinade over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Arrange chicken in a shallow roasting pan and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees, basting chicken frequently with marinade, until chicken is done. Remove chicken to serving platter and keep warm. Pour remaining marinade and pan drippings into a saucepan. Stir in cornstarch and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute. Spoon sauce over chicken. Arrange Garnish around chicken.
